Infrastructure Design & Deployment

We start every project with a thorough site survey and capacity assessment. From that foundation we produce a full network design document — topology diagrams, addressing plans, hardware specifications, and a phased implementation schedule — before any equipment is racked. Core competencies include:

• Switching & routing (Cisco, HP/Aruba, Juniper, MikroTik) — spanning-tree tuning, OSPF / BGP, MPLS, and SD-WAN overlays.
• Wireless — enterprise 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6/6E) deployments with centralised management (Cisco Catalyst Center, Aruba Central, Ubiquiti UniFi).
• Firewalls & UTM — Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco ASA/FTD, pfSense/OPNsense — policy design, NAT, IPS/IDS, SSL inspection.
• WAN & connectivity — ISP liaison, leased-line provisioning, SD-WAN implementation, and failover design.

Network Security

Security is not an add-on — it is an architectural property. Our network security work covers network segmentation and micro-segmentation (VLANs, VRFs, zone-based firewalling), zero-trust network access (ZTNA) models, NAC (Network Access Control) deployment, and encrypted site-to-site and remote-access VPNs (IPsec, WireGuard, SSL).

Monitoring & NOC Services

We offer 24/7 network monitoring through our Network Operations Centre, using best-in-class tooling (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana + Prometheus, SolarWinds) with automated alerting, AIOps-assisted anomaly detection, and a defined escalation matrix. Monthly reporting covers availability, utilisation trends, and capacity planning recommendations.
